Camping in Malexander in spring 2023

Camping in Malexander is a great way to enjoy a holiday in Sweden. In Malexander, a small village located on the large Sommen Lake, you can enjoy the delights of summertime. Here you will find everything you need to relax from your busy everyday life, forget your troubles at work or the tasks you didn't manage to complete on time. Malexander camping offers peace and quiet. Our village is very attractive for tourists, but it differs from other attractive destinations in that it is still not on the main tourist routes. Our village is visited and loved by connoisseurs of Malexander. There is a group of tourists from Sweden, as well as from abroad, who visit us every year. Even though they don't live here permanently, they want to have their own place, which is waiting for them.

Malexander Camping can be your home

Camping Malexander offers the possibility of booking a site all year round. Foreign tourists take advantage of this. They come with their caravans and leave them for the winter. This is why the Malexander campsite is never empty. Of course, in winter the caravans stand empty, protected from frost and snow.

And in spring, the traffic starts to pick up. Spring this year, 2023 comes slowly. There are still negative temperatures at night and in the morning the ground is covered in frost. But preparations for the summer season are underway. Already canoes and boats can be seen lined up.
The midday sun is heating up more and more. You can no longer see the ice on the lake. But the wonderful, transparent water washes ashore and promises a wonderful summer swim - just like every year.

Generous nature

Nature in Malexander never disappoints. What is special about our village - we, locals and visitors alike, stay in nature with respect for it. You will not encounter crowds of tourists here. Malexander is for connoisseurs.
