Direct from the Studio

HOW ACQUIRING A WORK ACTUALLY WORKS
When you acquire art directly from the artist, you receive more than a painting — you enter into a connection with the person who made it. Each work carries something of its maker: thoughts, emotions, and perceptions translated into form, colour, and gesture. No auction houses, no commissions, no intermediaries — the work travels from my studio in Boxholm, Sweden, directly to your home, anywhere in the world.
If you have never bought art directly from an artist before, here is exactly what happens:
1 — You choose, or you ask. Every available work has its price stated plainly. Purchase directly through secure checkout, or write to me first — about the work, the room it’s for, or anything you’d like to know. I answer personally.
2 — The work is prepared. Each piece is signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. I pack every work myself, to gallery standard, with a short printed note about where the painting began and what it holds.
3 — It travels to you, insured and tracked. Shipping is included in the price — no surprises at checkout, no customs confusion; I’ll tell you beforehand exactly what to expect for your country.
4 — It arrives, and the conversation continues. Collectors receive my monthly letter from the studio and see new works before anyone else. Most of the people who own my work I now know by name.
That is the whole of it. Buying from an artist’s studio is simpler than buying from a gallery — and considerably warmer.
